Refund policy

At The Soul Stitch, we are committed to providing quality children's clothing and excellent customer service. Please read our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We do not accept returns.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for returned items.


2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The exchange request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item(s) are in unused, unwashed, unworn condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Personalized, customized, or sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

  • All shipping costs related to exchanges (both ways) must be covered by the customer.


3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email our Customer Support team at 📧 support@thesoulstitch.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the reason for exchange, and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with an exchange authorization and return instructions if the item qualifies.


4. Exchange Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection based on our eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, we will ship the replacement item(s).

  • Any price difference between the original and replacement item (including any shipping cost) will be charged or refunded accordingly.


5. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • If the replacement item is unavailable or discontinued.

  • If the exchanged item has a lower price than the original item (the price difference will be refunded).

  • If a manufacturing defect or error (on our part) is confirmed and an exchange is not possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval.

Note: We do not offer refunds for items returned without an authorized exchange or for items rejected during inspection.
